As a locally owned utility, Pee Dee Electric Cooperative is exceptionally community-oriented, focusing its resources only in the Pee Dee region, particularly in the counties we serve. Among other community service activities, cooperative resources address two of the most pressing needs in the Pee Dee region: economic development and education and training for the workforce of the future.
